Kensan Kawasaki Ki 78, Jim Schubert, 1/72 Resin kit

In 1938 Tokyo University staff designed their third research plane to explore high flight and attempt the spped record estimating 450 mph. Kawasaki built it. The IJAAF took it over and designated it Ki 78. It could barely make 400 mph and was abandoned in 1942.
